Paul Taylor is an EHSS strategy consultant, orginizational change agent and the Managing Partner for operational performance integrated solutions at ERM.

Mr. Taylor specializes in the design, development and deployment of large scale change programs with leading global corporations in the chemical, manufacturing, technology, oil and gas, power, and biotech sectors to reduce complexity, increase business value and manage risk. He helps orginizations focus on performance improvement and drives integration for greater efficiency and effectiveness. He is an expert in operational excellence and has deep experience advising senior executives at Fortune 100 companies on how to best articulate the business value of EHSS investments.

Mr. Taylor co-founded an EHSS management consultancy within ERM and now leads this integrated service line across North America.  He brings together a diverse team of industry executives, management consultants, organization design specialists, deep subject matter experts and information technology specialists to help organizations solve their most challenging business problems.

Currently, he is helping companies maximize revenue, reduce costs and manage risks and supports organizations with a variety of solutions including organizational design, enterprise wide risk management, operating model development and organizational strategy to achieve organizational goals.

Paul’s experience in EHSS strategy has earned him invitations to speak at seveal EHSS fourms including the Sustainable Performance Forum, the Operational Excellence Conference, the IHS/North American Production Expo and ERM Executive Business Forums.  He has authored papers on topics ranging from leadership and culture, integration: the next frontier of EHSS and operational risk, safety transformation as a pathway to operational performance, orginizational design, understanding and managing community impacts of resource development and driving business performance.
