Nicole Voss is the Director of the Sustainability and Environmental group at Ashland. In this role she supports sustainability efforts and environmental compliance on a global scale for Ashland.

Nicole joined Ashland in 2007 and has held positions of increasing responsibility in the environmental, health, safety & product regulatory corporate function.  Nicole leads a team of engineers and scientists that support environmental compliance, remediation, environmental management systems (Responsible Care 14001) and sustainability initiatives. Nicole has also participated in multiple acquisition and divestiture projects during her time with Ashland.

Prior to joining Ashland, Nicole worked as a process engineer for Osram Sylvania and managed environmental projects for clients in various industries during her years spent in environmental consulting with RMT Inc. (now TRC Solutions), Keramida Environmental, and Environmental Resource Management Inc. (ERM). Nicole holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from The Ohio State University. She is a registered Professional Engineer (PE) in the state of Ohio.
