Holly Duckworth, Chief Learning Officer; Kaiser Aluminum Corp.

Holly Duckworth, Ph.D., is chief learning officer for Kaiser Aluminum. She is a founding partner of Sherpa Inc.: A Benefit Company, a leading provider of training and education on sustainability and social responsibility performance improvement. Duckworth has advanced the philosophies of continual improvement for social responsibility or CISR with her books, Social Responsibility: Failure Mode Effects and Analysis, and A Six Sigma Approach to Sustainability: Continual Improvement for Social Responsibility. She has held executive and senior leadership roles with TRW Automotive and GE. She has a bachelor of science degree in mechanical engineering, a master of science degree in management, and a Ph.D. in industrial and organizational psychology. Duckworth is an ASQ Certified Six Sigma Black Belt (CSSBB), Manager of Quality/Organizational Excellence (CMQ/OE), and chair of the ASQ Technical Community on Social Responsibility. She is a certified Sustainability Associate with the International Society of Sustainability Professionals. When at home, Duckworth enjoys expanding her permaculture farm in Durango, Colorado.
