Kelsey Klucas is an Advanced Environmental Engineer in 3M’s corporate Environmental Operations group in St. Paul, MN. Kelsey manages key environmental compliance platforms within the organization and is responsible for much of the data analytics and visualization tools used for tracking performance and identifying trends. Kelsey has spent most of her career within 3M, starting as an intern and working within the organization through both her undergraduate and graduate degree programs where she focused on Corporate Environmental Management and Wastewater Engineering respectively. During her tenure at 3M, Kelsey has made great contributions for moving the data platforms forward to prepare for the next phase of data-driven decision processes.

Kelsey earned her B.S. in Environmental Sciences, Policy, and Management and M.S. in Civil Engineering both at the University of Minnesota – Twin Cities.
