Amy Spann, Professional Engineer; Tennessee Air Pollution Control Board

Amy Spann, PE, CHMM, has 20 years' experience with EnSafe Inc., serving as Environmental Engineer/Associate Principal. Ms. Spann specializes in air emission dispersion studies and permitting; PSD analysis; Title V emission inventories and permitting; NESHAP and NSPS compliance; RMPs; EPCRA assessments and reporting as part of Toxic Release Inventory (Form R) and Tier II programs; storm water permitting, SWPPPs, and program management; wastewater permitting; hazardous waste/RCRA management; SPCC planning and development; and regulatory agency liaison.

 

Ms. Spann is the EnSafe service area lead for multimedia compliance auditing, has conducted hundreds of multimedia audits, and served as project manager and lead auditor for multi-site domestic and international compliance audit projects.
